Our IPU is intentionally designed to feel like a sanctuary—a place that replaces the coldness of a clinical setting with the comforting atmosphere of a home. We provide the expert medical support your loved one needs in a space that feels safe and personal. It is a place for spending time, finding hope, and taking solace in the midst of difficulty. We take pride in over a decade serving the Chicagoland community and its surrounding suburbs.
We provide care in the patient’s home, our inpatient facility, nursing homes or assisted living facilities.
Our hospice trained nurses, aides and support workers provide all the care at our inpatient center, located in Flossmoor, IL.
Hospice care is typically provided to patients with a prognosis of six months or less, inpatient hospice treatment tends to have a shorter duration.

Our certified therapists, ranging from music specialists to physical therapists, work to help reduce anxiety, manage pain, and create moments of peace for patients and their loved ones.

Our dedicated team helps support families with care planning and navigating hospice resources, ensuring no one has to go through this journey alone.

Our chaplains provide faith-based non-denominational support to patients and families, offering comfort, prayer, and guidance tailored to individual values.
